Includes labor for painting walls and ceilings in 8 average-size room and 2 1/2 baths, plus hall, stairs, and one-story foyer. Paint is included in this price. Second coats are included as needed. Larger rooms, additional rooms, cathedral ceilings, and open second stories are extras. Also, casing, baseboards, and the inside of windows are extras, as well as closets.
Cabinet Painting
Includes labor for painting up to 14 kitchen cabinet exteriors, the cabinet doors, and drawer fronts. Paint is included in this price. Second coats are included as needed.
Partial Exterior
Includes labor for painting exterior trim of most houses. Also includes painted window frames, painted exterior doors, and painted garage doors. Paint is included in this price. Second coats are included as needed. Stained exterior doors, stained garage doors, porches, and other surfaces are extras that are not included in this price.
Partial Interior
Includes labor for painting walls and ceilings if 4 average-size room, a powderroom, hall, stairs, and one-story foyer. Paint is included in this price. Second coats are included as needed. Larger rooms, additional rooms, cathedral ceilings, and open second stories are extras. Also, casing, baseboards, and the inside of windows are extras, as well as closets.
Two Rooms
Includes labor for painting walls and ceilings in two average-size rooms. Paint is included in this price. Second coats are included as needed. Additional rooms may be added at a discounted room rate plus paint. Extras are the same as those for painting complete and partial interiors.
